Uncle Charlie is Atomic Betty an animated halloween prop made in 2010. It resembles a clown in a light green and orange plaid shirt, brown hat, black pants and red shoes with a bucket of candy in his hand and lollipop in his other hand. When activated, the clown's head turns side to side as his eyes light up and he mutters a spooky phrase.

This item was sold at Spirit Halloween in 2010.

Trivia

• This item uses the same mechanism as Grinning Gertrude the witch from 2009.
• This was SVI's first lifesize clown prop.
• Due to a massive amount of requests from fans directed towards the prop's original manufacturer, Spirit Halloween, the prop was remade in 2020 to celebrate its 10th-Year Anniversary.
