Swinging Chuckles is an animated lifesize Halloween prop made in 2018. He is a short clown in black and white clown clothes and red shoes. His face is white with black and red paint over his yellow eyes. He has 3 green tufts of hair on his head. When activated, chuckles swings back and forth and turns his head side to side as his eyes glow and he says a scary phrase.
