The Rotten Ringmaster is an animated Halloween prop released in 2019. It is a towering circus ringmaster that has an identical appearance to Psycho Circus Cagey, but his cage contains a small girl in a pink outfit instead of a smaller clown. When activated, the ringmaster's torso and head move side to side, his eyes light up and mouth move as he says numerous spooky phrases, and the caged girl moves back and forth while screaming.
