Mr. Toots is a halloween prop made in
2019. It is a red-haired clown with green face paint over white face paint, a red nose, and red lips wearing a white and blue polka-dotted clown suit, and a blue ruffle around his neck. He is a bump 'n go animatronic that moves around and speaks phrases while both his eyes light up blue.
