The Chatters Clown Doll is an unreleased Halloween decoration that was shown at the 2020 Halloween and Party Expo. The doll is based on the green version of the Tug of War Clowns. The doll has black hair, a green and black hat, and a bloody green and black clown suit. When activated the doll will say one of many phrases.
