in 2016 and 2017. It is a skull with a black moustache and a red cloth wrapped around its head, as well as a gold earring on its left side. When activated, the skulls jaw moves as it's eyes light up and it speaks a phrase.

This item was sold at Target in 2016 and Walmart in 2017.
