The Chattering Fortune Teller Skull is an animated halloween
decoration made in 2017. It is a skull with a long black moustache and whispy eyebrows, wearing a purple turban with a blue jewel on it. When activated, the skulls jaw moves as it's eyes light up and it tells a fortune.
